An astonishing land of massive glaciers and rumbling volcanoes, bubbling mud holes and powerful waterfalls. Iceland is abundant in bird life and nature. It’s ideal for exploring in a small group as we travel the breadth of this rich “wonderland.”

      Discover Iceland’s spectacular scenery and rich cultural heritage on this immersive 11-day small group journey across an extraordinary land. From the striking landscapes of Lake Mývatn to vast Vatnajökull National Park and thundering Dettifoss—often called Iceland’s “Niagara”—encounter some of the country’s most awe-inspiring natural wonders. Marvel at iconic waterfalls including Goðafoss, Seljalandsfoss, and Skógafoss and experience the dramatic beauty of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Along the way, see famed Icelandic horses, learn about geothermal energy at the Hellisheiði Power Plant, and explore historic Þingvellir National Park. The journey concludes with two nights in cosmopolitan Reykjavík, with an optional post-tour extension for additional time to enjoy the capital.
